“The online store was no problem but unfortunately in store I had a really bad experience. When we visited the Glasgow store there was a altercation with security and a young kid was hurt and his head burst open and we left the store quite shaken to be honest. I hope the wee boy was alright as it was a really bad cut to the head. Due to this I did actually miss out on the trainers I was wanting to originally purchase and would put me off going back in the store. As I said I have been left wondering about the wee boy and hope he made a full recovery.”

“One of the products I ordered was faulty. The lace was badly discoloured. I have sent two emails to customer services but have yet to hear back. If this matter can be resolved quickly I will have no concerns in shopping with Cruise again.”
