“Had message to say delivery after 12.00 Sunday 7th and not there after 4 visits. Eventually delivered and advised on Wednesday 10th. FPS not very reliable this time but the e mails did come from cruise.”

“I received my shirt. Was told it was true to size. I am a 15 1/2 and it was far too large for me. Not Cruise's problem i'll warrant. The following is though. No option to return to the store. Had to pay £7 to return the item. No free pick up option for a store of your size? So all in I was close to £15 for delivery. £15?!! Dreadful. Honestly dreadful. Won't be using you again and I will advise others of the same. Parcel Number 15501972066269”

“I am extremely unhappy that I had to pay for postage and have endless problems with the courier service. My parcel was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be, I received bogus delivery updates, I made endless phone calls trying to locate my parcel. It then got dumped on my doorstep. The contents are expensive I would of expected it to be delivered in a timely and safe manner. My signature was not even taken. Why did I pay for postage when the service I received was like 2nd class standard delivery.”

“I was happy with extra 20% discount but disappointed when I called shop to organise in shop exchange for smaller size I couldn’t as I was told online is a completely different and couldn’t be done . Now I’ve posted at a cost of £11 and need to hope my size will be still available.”

“I have not received my parcel yet after receiving a text from you saying it would be here on the 05/01/18. I contacted the courier service to find out it has been lost. I want my full delivery refund and to speak to one of your managers. I am disgusted with this service.”
