“Jacket ordered online, arrived damaged and smelling of aftershave. Was told I could return it for a full refund but no exchange could be offered due to no stock remaining. Really liked the jacket and wanted to keep it. Requested a partial refund to cover cost of repair which was refused. Ended up keeping the jacket and fixing it myself. It still smells of aftershave.”
