“This company will mess you about from start to finish. If you purchase anything from their sale section, don't be surprised if you receive an e-mail stating they cannot find it, or the price is wrong. The customer services team that you speak to on the phone are extremely rude, bordering on being offensive and are really not the kind of people you want to spend money with. It seems their staff come from the same crop as most of the customer base they get at their flagship store in Glasgow. The reviews on this site look a bit auto generated as well so I would imagine they are buying their reviews from someone.”
