“Very good service in the shop, the young boy quickly looked for a different size in stockroom then wrapped coat in a canvas bag before putting it in the paper carrier as it was pouring rain outside. Lovely Staff in Edinburgh.”

“Good quality clothing, well wrapped and good delivery service. However I think £6.99 delivery cost is a bit steep. I think you should be able to order for store collection free of charge.”

“I received my 1st order 14/12/18 and unfortunately the coat was faulty I sent photos of this as requested and this is still not resolved and I would have liked to had the replacement before Christmas but i would find this highly unlikely Thanks isaac”

“Disgraceful service. I ordered 2 Kenso scarfs. They were delivered unpackeged, knotted and creased. One scarf labeled but crumpled and torn, the other no label at all. The scarfs were stuffed into a Van Mildert bag and posted. I am extremely dissapointed and inable to give the scarfs as presents.”

“I was pleased with the delivery and quality of item, but not very pleased to see the item had a price tag on it for £35 but I was charged £40. I have sent an email to this effect but was given exuces about previous promotions, perhaps you should get someone to check items before sending out, therefore I will not be ordering from you again.”
