“too expensive for delivery,especially when you have made a purchase of 170.00 twice,should be free & also cannot return items to shop when they dont fit,have to send them back online & pay for this again & wait weeks to get the items exchanged.”

“Extremely disappointed in such a poor service . Ordered an £800 coat last Friday and received an email saying it would be delivered Monday. E mail came tue morn to say parcel had just been collected . I contacted courier who had no record of this so contacted cruise online . No one bothered checking this and I phoned wednesday and explained there was no collection. I had to phone again ( 1 hour on hold ) Thursday only to be told coat was lost . I told you that on tue. No one bothered checking and I'm now left without a coat for what was a Xmas present. I shouldn't really have to contact yourselves to tell you parcel was missing should I??? Granted I know you are extremely busy at this time but with a bit more diligence this could have been noticed at first instance .”

“Bought my wife a YSL BAG For Christmas gift at £1620 and they sent the wrong one out because the one I ordered was not in stock. Spend nearly a week between emails and two phone calls about hour each time trying to resolve matter return item and receive refund. Really disappointed. With this service”

“My problem isn’t with cruise as my parcel was despatched on time it’s with the delivery company they used DPD. The driver admitted he signed for my parcel himself using my name then the parcel disappeared or stole by the driver and I still haven’t been refunded or recieved a new delivery. Christmas ruined. Thanks a lot cruise. 👍”

“Offer was a £50 discount on your next order if the current order was over £250. First order was £300+. No discount code provided - offer stated this wasn’t necessary. Placed our next order - no £50 discount. Tried to cancel it - no joy. One inaccurate response to several emails. Terrible.”
