“Ordering online was so stress free. I was given constant updates regarding my delivery and the items arrived the very next day. So prompt and the clothes were all packaged immaculately and in A+ condition. Was a pleasure buying from Cruise. Great variety of stock too.”

“No issues whatsoever with the offer/website/sale. Although I bought these on 19 December, I was told they would be delivered on 20, then 21, then 22 and eventually 24th December. It’s now the 27th December. I realise it’s a busy time of year for all concerned but 8 days for delivery of one item is poor service. Cheers Liam”

“Cruise products, designers and prices (during sales anyway) are amongst the most attractive. One huge let down though is this £6.99 p&p Mike Ashley tax, none of the other major retailers have it especially if sending over a defined amount but that is that scumbag Ashley's trademark, ripping the arse out of the consumer and he moans about the suffering on the high street! He owns most of it, took House of Fraser creditors to the cleaners in a move that if legal is barely so. Every promotion has a stupid catch or excluded brands so even if you find one worthwhile that tosspot's P&P swallows up any discount. If the high street does collapse i hope he is underneath it all, another Phillip Green.”

“Would not rush back to shop with cruise... no cash refund?? Exchange or gift note only?? Never had the size I needed in-store after finding the trainers I bought as I gift where too big.. was told I could not get a refund... to then be given a credit note to order online THEN have to pay another £6.99 for delivery! Very disappointing considering higher end shops I.e HARVEY NICHOLS & LOUIS VUITTON offer a 14 day refund... very disappointed and don't think I'd shop again..”
