“Speedy service and quick delivery if not a little expensive. Im always disappointed tho when a £400 item is tossed in a plastic bag for delivery. Take some pride and maybe make a nice box ... usually purchase direct from stone island because of this stuff”

“Cruise has a quick delivery service an item has been sent damaged, I received refund quickly as the size was out of stock. Ordered 3 times in past 3 weeks. Postage is a bit expensive and no free returns would be my only feedback. Other sites have cheaper delivery and free returns. Thanks”

“Tops were great but postage was a bit pricey & it wasn’t even next day delivery. If your charging £6.99 for delivery it should at least be next day.”

“The items I received were faulty. I contacted Cruise to request a replacement pair be sent, replies to my emails are very slow, shoes cannot be exchanged in the shop, I am still waiting for a replacement pair to be sent. Will not be shopping at Cruise in future.”

“When you send me shipping conformation e-mail, should let me know for which order. Or allow to track from order history at least. "Track your order" button shows only blank page. It's very confusion which tracking number for which order.”
