“Not happy that you don't get your postage and packaging refunded on an online order and have to pay to send it back yourself lost out on £12.00 due to this as you can't even return to a cruise store”

“Hi there, I enjoy shopping with Cruisefashion very very much and have bought lots of things from you. But do you have a VIP plan or something? I'm worried about the shipping fee recently, some website have free delivery to their vips, or like Selfridges, offer the 15 pounds for whole year delivering. I believe that will improve customer loyalty.”

“Very disappointing to spend £725 on a gucci bag to receive it in a dirty cream gucci bag cover - covered in black marks. Very poor in comparison to packaging when buying from gucci driest and it comes protected in both a box and bag cover”

“One female sales assistant very friendly and approachable every time we go in even with my teenage sons (don't know her name but she has a geordie accent). Most of the staff don't bother to give you the time of day especially if your not dressed in designer wear (or at least that's how I feel).”
