“Terrible service when called up as problem with delivery!! Was due a call back with in 24 hours still waiting although the money was taken from my account within seconds they can't return a phone call!! Disgrace”

“I was charged £6 for delivery and also had to pay £4 for returning item so ended up costing me £10 for nothing, cruise should change returns policy”

“Quick delivery however shoes arrives with dirty/worn soles. I contacted customer services who asked for pictures and offered return (available anyway) or £10 off.... I didn't think this worth the damages. Disappointed not to keep the shoes.”

“The item i recieved is too small so i wanted to exchange for a bigger size only to be told that i need to pay a further amount to return the jeans i think its a very poor service and i will be returning the jeans and not shopping with you again i have spent thousands with you between your online store and going into the actual store yet smaller businesses offer to cover the cost of returns but a huge business like cruise offers nothing very unhappy ex customer”

“Ordered 4600 pounds of clothes. 3 Jackets It came badly packed leaving jackets creased and collars out of shape. No coat hangers from the brands despite the price- c2k per jacket. No bags. Just clear zip seal bags. I returned them and had to pay an insane £250 to return them (”

“My order came quickly, in only four days to Finland. For me it was a problem that I didn't find anywhere estimated delivery times or Barlin Deliverys contact info so that I could ask them, and I think the tracking info came when my order were already in Finland. But I'm happy that the order came quickly and there was no problems!”

“Not a great experience so far!!... Ordered two garments, recieved the wrong ones so returned them for exchange! Then to be accused of returning the incorrect items when processing the return and are now being sent back to me again to "check"... Don't know what for when they were returned as recieved but obviously they don't check before sending out as much as when they receive them back to avoid refunding the money!! Don't know what's happening here!!”
