“The customer service in cruise is diabolical I will never shop in that shop again it’s like a jumble sale the staff are really un helpful and you can never get the size you want I have spent fortunes in that place never again will I spend a penny in there”

“Delivery Quick But Expensive (£6.99). Returns are Not Free. I purchased a jacket over £300 and it was squeezed into a very small delivery bag. No care in the world for the garment. Thats why I returned the item.”

“I don’t normally moan but when I paid for next day delivery and received it 5 days later and informed your customer service team and they made no effort to investigate or maybe speed up the process... I was promised a refund on my delivery charge but still not received it????”
