“Products arrived on time and in great condition. Price was competitive. I wasn’t impressed with the delivery charges - if you want to return any items you also have to pay for postage, this seems a little outdated and unfair.”

“I feel that some of the brands are poorly stocked ie. sizes and range. Also, I find it ridiculous that I can spend a large sum of money on clothes and still be charged £6.99 for standard delivery- I find this an issue as other less expensive clothing sites can offer free standard delivery and, even, next day delivery at a cost still less than yourselves.”

“Still awaiting delivery I believe it's DPD they keep changing del date but I think this is poor when delivery is £6.99. I have place another order since then on 09/07/18 for 3 hoodys order ref 47949197 paying £6.99 delivery and I am wondering how long I am going to wait for those when I haven't received the first order yet for Hugo joggers order ref 47749110.
