“The reason I chose acceptable is because I spent more than £200 on good and still have to pay for delivery. When I returned an item and have to pay for the return as well. Compare to other on line store above £70 is free delivery and the return always been free. Beside that I really like Cruise Fashion because you have a lot of items.”

“Unfortunately item arrived without tge lens for the arm pocket. I emailed and reply was received the next day with apologies and a lens will be sent out. Awaiting its arrival.”

“I’ve bought from cruise many times and normally it’s a pleasant experience, however on this occasion I was very disappointed the Gucci shoes where either worn or heavily tried on and walked around a store or at home it was so bad I had to send them back and re order same shoes from Gucci.”

“I wasnt in the house so instead of dpd buzzing my next door neighbours house,they decided to leave my parcel on the steps outside my flat where anyone could have taken it.not the first time ive had problems with this courier either.”

“made a for £278 & paid £10 for next day delivery , did it well within the time peiod for next day delivey but it never happened. I then had to cancel the whole order as I was not goin to be around for a few days. Very disappointed”

“I ordered next day delivery and it did not come until nearly three days later, as I paid £10 extra for the next day delivery I was no to pleased to be honest.”

“Ordered an item at £165, which with any other company would be free delivery, I then had to pay £7 delivery, which was only standard delivery and not even next day. This is far too expensive especially when item is that price and sending it back having to spend another £5 and a further £7 again when I re order something.”

“I’ve emailed twice and called at least 6 times and left messages but have not received a reply regarding an order. Have spent so much money in the Glasgow, Edinburgh and recently Aberdeen shops but so disappointed in the online communication, which is zero. I’ve really tried to support this firm when there are many others that can have cheaper items but have been let down”
