“Hello, I am still waiting to receive my item and the customer service has not gotten back to me. I am just curious what day I will be receiving my item. I am a bit concerned just because it is an expensive item. If someone could get back to me to just confirm when I’ll be receiving my Item. Parcel number 15504880099267. There is no app for the iPhone available in not Russian so I can’t receive a text update”
