“Website fantastic and shops match that, however £6.99 for delivery which does not include returns is outrageous, you can not be charging top delivery prices for standard delivery and not getting returns includes. Would review pirce or change it where returns are included, presides that brilliant.”

“Great service and experience every time I shop at Cruise either online or in store. Staff are always very polite and helpful. Glasgow Cruise is my favourite shop in the City. My wife has the same opinion as myself. Would always recommend Cruise to family and friends.”

“Speedy delivery! Was great to get them so soon. Also another point in addition I’d like to arise is the DPD drop off point was where I work so was super easy to collect only negative was the price of the delivery charge. All in all absolutely great service!”

“All was ok until Cruise suddenly requested the package to be returned from DPD. No explanation why. Impossible to get through to customer service. Will never shop from Cruise again!”

“I ordered a pair of Adidas gazelles from your website and in the images shown the shoes appeared a light blue. However, when I received them they were a much darker duck egg green. I then go to return the shoes only to find I have to pay for the stamp and postage. This is simply unacceptable service.”
