“The garment I thought I was ordering ie.(picture of display) had the wrong name and description attached to it.!! So I got a completely different item than I ordered! The website has a few discrepancies, And packaging was torn ! Plus no invoice attached?! Poor service.”

“I would rate Cruise with 5 stars, if it wasnt for DPD (they're delivery service) Its unacceptable to have an "Express service " that takes 2 weeks. If only you had a delivery service like DHL you would have 5 stars and a lot more clients. P.s. check your competitor( Farfetch) how good their reviews are, its because of fast delivery”

“True religion tshirt was manky, it was on a hanger so obviously had been dropped and kicked about the floor like an old chip poke .Jackie's washed it and its turned out fine,luckily for you!!!”

“Really happy with the product really disappointed in how it was packed for delivery for a quite expensive pair off trainers they only come in a bad around the box which has resulted in the box ripping when I had ordered from other retailers like van Mildred flannes which I think own cruise also the product has been packed in one off there larger zipped bags then wrapped up that would be my only criticism as now my box is ripped thanks Robert shields”
