“Items arrived on time, but I was charged for delivery when it was suppose to be free delivery for orders over £150 (mines was over this) so I was wrongly charged, emailed customer service over a week ago and still not heard back.”

“Ordered a medium Calvin Klein sweatshirt based on the size guidelines and the item was far too big for my partner’s 6ft 5in son!! It looked like a tent. Having to pay for a return when the sizing was so wrong is also unacceptable after paying so much for delivery in the first place.”

“I selected a Stone Island sweatshirt which was priced at £200, added to my basket for the price to change to £210, I checked the following morning and the same sweatshirt is still listed twice, one for £200 and one for £210, I also purchased a Vivienne Westwood sweatshirt total invoice was over £300 and I still had to pay £6.99 postage, not very good and very disappointing”

“You canceled 1 of the 2 items I purchased and don't ask about canceling the entire order. Without first item I was not interested in buying. So I lost money for shiping. The goods came without a cardboard box. I'm dissapointed”
