“Tshirts were too small so all day sunday a was trying to phone the store to see if i could return and couldnt get through all day eventually got someone on monday and was told would have to post items back”

“I ordered a jacket on Wednesday and it arrived on Tuesday which is excellent delivery how ever I returned it on the Thursday next day 11 pound signed before 1300. I phoned on the Friday at 12 and you had received the jacket I asked for it to be exchanged to the next size down which you had in stock. It was still in stock in that size on the Saturday and Sunday then on the Monday no jacket left in that size even though when I asked on the Friday the person said you had em and I wouldn't miss out”
