“I sent an email complaining about my items. I ordered medium polo tops and the tops are more like a large even a xl. I am also shocked to find that I have to pay to return the items when I already forked out £5.99 to get to sent to me. Any respectable company would order free returns but I'm guessing you already know how rubbish the stuff is you send out. SHOCKING”

“A great shopping experience with Cruse online. I have shopped many times in store but not as often online.....the 24hr sale in DKNY was just too tempting! I bought a coat and trousers for my husband. I wasnt sure of sizing with this brand but both fitted perfectly so just sorry I didn't buy more!! Many thanks Cruise.”
