“Team 4 Calum, Liam and Spencer fitted front door, 6 windows and patio doors. Took 2 days to fit. Excellent team, fantastic work. Whilst they were working a neighbour was so impressed with the standards she has phoned for a quote”

“Have just had front door and side panel fitted by Team 4 (Calum, Liam and Spencer). These boys arrived on time, were very helpful, friendly and professional and they did a sterling job. “Had an issue with our back door having dropped down on its' hinges. Stuart from CSJ attended, quickly diagnosed the fix and was done without 30 minutes. Excellent work and much better door now!”

“Arrived on time and got started right away putting dust sheets down. Installed new windows to rear of house and tidied up after. 1st class job by team 2 jimmy, mick and Callum. Definitely would recommend the company.”

“We had 4 windows installed by team 3. The guys were courteous and ensured there was enough dust sheets down to minimise mess. They also cleaned up after. The only down side was one of the kitchen window locks was faulty. This was only noticed by myself when the team had gone and I was inserting keys. This window had been a bit problematic and having sorted initial issue out, none of us checked or noticed this other issue. Office was phoned but unfortunately unable to turn the team around and after some debate (originally said two weeks to get someone out) we managed to get appointment to resolve this issue this coming Friday. Bit of a downer given everything else was fine.”

“We have had to take double figures in time off for repairs. We eventually got the ombudsman involved to get them completed. They are fine unless you need repairs. I would never ever recommend them”

“Zero after care and complete lack of empathy shown by CSJ. They supplied and installed/fitted shower room in April 2018. Kitchen ceiling was leaking in July 19. Called them and was told it was 2 months over the warranty therefore I had to pay £120 to get some workmen out to "check" what was wrong. I had to find and pay a local plumber to fix problem. On inspection, we discover, there had been a long term leak as our kitchen beam is completely soak and damp. Apparently there was another problem, the water pipes were leaking too. Called CSJ and showed them the poor workmanship provided and it was then they had send someone out to fixed the water pipe. However, this wasn't an emergency as we had no use of a shower for 4 days. I am now trying to get a reimbursement for the work I had to pay to get a new trap tor replace the broken trap fitted by CSJ. Message then and no surprise, no reply or acknowledge this.”

“Jimmy & Mick (Team 5) did a excellent job from start to finish, they were very professional in the way they carried out the fitting of our new seven (7) windows (Order Number 14936) and keeping us up to date with the progress of the work. We would have no hesitation recommending CSJ to family & friends should the occasion arise.”

“I had my windows and doors installed a few years ago but lately my french door was stiff to close so I contacted CSJ about it and the customer service was outstanding.Made an appointment a few days later someone came and sorted it. Highly recommend this company.”

“Excellent service all round, from first house call to the tidy-up after the job done. 5 windows replaced with amazing efficiency as Jimmy's team worked together, each knowing their own particular job. I cannot fault their workmanship and the quality of the windows.”
