Installation good but finishes to internal woodwork quite rough. Sadly, after sales service very poor and company totally disinterested in rectifying problems. Be wise and take your business elsewhere.

Please stay away I had nothing but problems and still not fixed left with mess and then told they went into administration nothing but lies from this company ADVOID AT ALL COST

We got new windows fitted by this company and they were fine. On the strength of that we ordered a conservatory from them. I wish we hadn't. Five years down the line and we still have leaks. Our sofa has been stained 3 times because of this so when it gets cleaned this time CSJ are getting the bill. We phone them up to complain and they say someone will get back to you, they never do, I have to phone again. We have had numerous workers out to try and find/fix the leaks all to no avail. It took them from April to October 2015 to install the conservatory, They ordered the wrong cavity tray, bits of the fittings were missing from the order. This company must be the worst company in terms of communications with customers. We had tradesmen arriving when we didn't expect them and some not turning up when we did expect them. As I said at the start the window installations were fine and we are very pleased with them. Gavin the rep was very helpful and was present on the days of the fittings to ensure everything was OK. I would advise if you are thinking of ordering a conservatory from them, think again.

I had two previous jobs done by CJS which were both very good. The third, however, was a bit of a disappointment. After having a window fitted in our small bedroom. I noticed that the wood on the upright of the inside casing was bubbled. The veneer on the plywood was lifting off. As we had planned to varnish the inside to match the natural wood flooring and skirting, my wife and I discussed this,and decided to paint it instead. I called CJS and asked if I removed the faulty veneer, re-filled it and painted it, would they give me some kind of discount, as it would cost them a fair bit to have someone come out to replace the wood. After calling them twice over a period of a few weeks, I was told that, no, I would not receive any kind of discount, and that they would send out an "engineer" to remedy the matter. The engineer arrived, and told me he was given the wrong information. He was told it was a piece of facing that needed replacing, despite me sending them photographs clearly showing the inside casing. He agreed with me that it would be costly to them to remove the inside woodwork to replace the faulty part, and he agreed to call his office to ask if they would give me a discount instead. He never got through to his office, despite calling twice. He removed the bubbled veneer and filled it (with my filler, as he had none) On leaving, he still had not heard from his office. I now have a window sill and casing painted white instead of being varnished as planned, and I still have not received the customary phone call from CJS to ask if the job was done to my satisfaction. Very disapointing.

Rang to try and rearrange the appointment. Was told some one would call me back very soon. No one called. When I tried again the office was closed. Not a good start. Unlikely to go ahead with the order. You need reliable trade from start to finish. Not a good impression.

Not very happy made an appointment for one of your people to come and measure my windows was supposed to be here 4pm on friday 19th of february took time to be at home for him coming he never appeared.
