While the furniture is stylish and aesthetic, the office chair I purchased is not worth the money I paid for it. if I had my time over I would have spent the money on a better quality chair elsewhere. I had forgiven the months of stock and delivery issues but after less than 6 months of use I am very dissatisfied with it overall. The cushioning is cheap and worn already, the swivel is loose and rocky, I am sitting lopsided, no back support, I could go on. For the price paid, I expected better quality. The best part about the this chair is the fabric on top but that is all it has going for it.

We've bought three things from Cult - the first experience was okay, second and third were not. We bought some dining chairs which were exactly what we wanted - had to wait a little while as they were out of stock but no problem. Second time out we bought a floor lamp. The lamp base was rusted and the screw didn't fit - more worringly the wire casing was worn. Pretty shocked that this got through QC. They sent a replacement which was okay, and gave us a paltry £5 off. Just bought a mirror this week and the quality is very poor, certainly not worth the better part of £100. I get the feeling that a lot of stock is pretty poor quality that they are putting a huge mark up on. No free returns either so that's costing £10. Won't be buying from again I'm afraid

Incorrect products delivered and bad customer service in getting the situation resolved. Waited in multiple times when no one arrived. Would not recommend.

I really wish I could have been able write a nice review as the initial customer service was good. Unfortunately the table that I received was bad . The welds were terrible and looked like they had been done by an amateur, and the polished chrome was missing from various areas, especially near the welds. I didn't bother to complain or raise the issue as it would have been too much hassle, and I don't have time for that. I kind of expected it at the price point, so I wasn't surprised. I took a gamble and lost. So I just ordered another one from Pash Classics, much better quality. I should have done that in the first place.

Ordered a kitchen table, which arrived late, damaged and without all necessary parts. Customer service didn't seem to care whatsoever, just gave instructions for have it refunded. Worth noting the delivery service was suppose to be a two man delivery service, in reality it was one man who pushed it ok it's side through our close. Mistakes happen, but the whole experience from buying from Cult, after that had taken your money, was dreadful. I won't but anything from Cult and will actively tell friends and family about this negative experience.

Really wish I’d done my research- sent me a barstool in such poor condition, looked like it had been at the bottom of a pile in a damp garage covered in dust for 2 years. The seat was not even inline with actual stool- one screw pinged off while unwrapping the other screws were both hanging out by 1.5cm & rusty. I even tried to screw them back in but did not work. Black scuffs all over it. Actually very dangerous as bought for my 5yr old son to sit on. I Got Offered 20% off &/or they will send out replacements parts? (Whatever that means) after sending photos. or I could swap for something else. Never offered a refund, Oh and If what I swap for something of a lesser amount they will keep what’s owed to Me!!! (Yes The customer) within their company for up to 1 year. How kind of them. So stupidly I’ve chosen another Bar Stool from them & I had to first pay the difference by bank transfer or Paypal of £25 then I called to asked when approximately they can swap the items to then be treated like a criminal on the phone & asked to send a screenshot of my payment before they can swap them. So dissatisfied. Dreading what I will receive.

Shocking customer service.. I’ve been waiting since January (now September) for barstools.. I’ve had 3 deliveries of faulty chair legs.. First lot had holes in them, second and third totally different colour of copper on the foot rest compared to the legs.. Really slow at answering emails and I’ve tried to ring but no one answers.. Totally disappointed as I paid for these stools in December and still haven’t got anything to sit on... How can so many chair legs be fault???!!

Appalling experience! Quick to take money from my account straight away, heard nothing for weeks, chased and chased, told it was issues with courier, but all ok as stock allocated. Now had an email telling me they have a stock control issue in the warehouse and I can no longer have the product. I won’t be ordering from them ever again and suggest you avoid them too, if you like to do business with someone that supplies the product and is honest in the process!

Avoid at all costs!! Took money from my account straight away but did not process my order. After weeks I had to chase down the manager to get the funds returned to my account, dreadful experience from start to finish!

We ordered two bar stools from cult on 26th December 2019. These bar stools were supposed to be delivered on 9th January 2020 (I took a day off to wait for this delivery), but they simply didn't arrive. I had to chase numerous times and they were finally delivered on 16th January 2020. Both of the stools had the hole drilled wrong. One could be put together but is just one screw missing, the other can't be put together at all. We were also missing the correct amount of screws, I was told on 16th January that a swap would be sorted for the chairs with collection and drop off to be on 20th January 2020. No collection or drop off took place. I chased this on 22nd January by email but received no response. I called on 23rd January and later that day was sent an email stating the collection would be 24th January 2020. 24th January came and went and my new stool didn't arrive. I called up and was told the stool would be delivered and swapped on 27th January. Again, this hasn't happened. I have had to call numerous times to chase things up and each time am told the same thing. It's been over a month since I ordered these stools and I am left with one which is poor quality. Everytime they arrange collection and I wait for this, no one arrives. This is so frustrating becuase I actually like the first stool, aside from the slight issue with it.

DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY ON THIS SCAM SITE!!!! Please!!! It will only bring you headache and low quality products IF you are lucky enough to get them, and if not, good luck trying to get your money back. In august I purchased 2 stools, but was short after contacted by Cult and informed that the stools were out of stock but would be back in stock in 6 weeks, and if I was willing to wait that long. They had already charged me 2170DKK (290€), so I said ok but changed the order to the same stool in a different and cheaper size, waited 6 weeks and contacted them again to hear about when I could expect to receive them AND get my money back (since I changed the order to a cheaper stool). This time they gave me a new date of the stock refill; November 6th. I agreed to wait again. November 9th I still had no money refund or stools, so I contacted them again. They replied that the stools would no longer be in production, so I could either choose another product or get the money resounded. I of course chose the refund. But here we are in December, and no I have not seen my money yet. PLUS in the last email they send, they said they would refund the money in a totally different currency, leaving me to get less money refunded than I originally paid for. Here I am almost 6 months after my first try to buy some stools, fighting to get my money back. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, not your f@$(“!g “10% on your next order”. I will never ever 6 months of dealing with this unprofessional and con company! Two seconds from involving my lawyers into this. Don’t end up wasting time like me, so PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Price changes on checkout! Beware before you commit! Price changes on checkout! Beware! Attempted to order a stool. Price has changed from 55 euros to 66 euros and then 74 euros through the checkout process. Attempted to contact Cult Furniture via the chat service but it appears they are not interested in my custom... Disappointing as the products look OK online.

Be VERY WARY when using this company. The products look stylish, but we have experienced poor quality with our items and only made a subsequent purchase to use up a credit note which was issued. This last purchase using the credit note has been a nightmare! The bar stools were out of stock for months, we were sent the wrong colour legs despite clarifying via phone and email numerous times, the replacements weren't sent with the appropriate returns label so the courier couldn't deliver the new item and make the swap, the eventual swapped item came with only one set of screws, the replacement screws were then completely incorrect for this product and so we await the correct screws in order to conclude this sorry saga. I am astonished at the lack of competence when dealing with customer care issues. It's almost like they go out of their way to make the situation worse by pushing the limits of customer's patience and good will. Much as I love the style of many of their items, I will not be purchasing again and sadly, would caution others against doing so too.

My one star is because although I wanted to place and order and check availability via phone on Saturday waiting eagerly being told I was first in the queue and giving up deciding to chat, which wasn't on line then emailed to which I've had no reply? Tried to call again this morning number 2 in the queue lost the will to live after another 8 minutes. Gave up frustrated found an alternative on Amazon from the ones I really wanted with Cult Furniture. Looks like I've had a lucky escape. Want to support independent. Business can only do that if you answer the phone!!

Selling products that aren't actually available Cult furniture advertise and sell products which are not actually available. They were more than happy to take my £200 and after waiting 6 weeks they then contacted me saying the item is not available and I have the option to choose another item which is nothing like what I ordered. The customer service team were completely useless in arranging any sort of suitable alternative and couldn't seem to understand why I'm not happy that they've wasted my time and money. They are not a reliable company so I would advise purchasing elsewhere from more reputable companies. I certainly won't buy from them again.

Awful company, I would never order from them again. Completely incompetent and repeatedly lied about when my order would be delivered. I wasted two days waiting for an order only to find out it had not been sent out (despite confirmation it had). Then i was told I would receive it pre 10am today and just been informed it will now be here by 6pm. Nice furniture but not worth the hassle.

Disgusting customer service team. Spoke to 7 people about same order spend hours on email and phone... They just keep apologising however no real interest to fix the issue. Feel like a joke :(
