I ordered Curalin in April 2019 and I have not yet received my order. My order No. is 63822. I called your customer's service three times and there was no definite answer on when I would receive my order. Even if your product works well, the purpose has been defeated if one has to wait for over 5 months to receive it. This is very disappointing and discouraging.

My order did not arrive after 2 month maybe more ...I was issued a refund though....I would order 6 months worth if I thought I could get them...so many side effects with metformin my life has been turned upside down since I have been diabetic so will try anything what gives me a glimmer of hope as I would have thought all these people writing reviews....I would order in a heart beat if they could guarantee delivery.

I would not know how curalin works. I ordered in mid June and have yet to receive the product or any indication it's been sent. People who ordered after me have received their product. Originally curalife was very responsive. Now they don't respond to emails. Very disappointing.

The reason some have received tracking and some have not, is simply due to the fact that we are shipping orders in batches. You will soon receive your tracking number as well. Terrible experience of getting my order delivered - I ordered in June and it didn’t arrive until late August. I called customer service many times and was constantly fobbed off with ‘inventory issues’ and ‘out of stock’. Please sort this out and make any issues crystal clear on your website to customers! Despite talking to an expert a few times, I was none the wiser as to what was actually happening. The delivery finally arrived, just when I almost gave up. The products are not cheap, so you should definitely keep clients updated - so we are not constantly chasing, just to hear vague answers. Very frustrating experience!

I placed my order back in mid-June 2019. My credit card was immediately charged. To date I have received nothing and its been already 2 months since I was charged. Other than my emails to the company and small responses from them I have received NOTHING from this company to update me on my order.

I never received my order, so obviously my only opinion is I waited 6 1/2 weeks then demanded a refund if I knew I would get the product I would try it

Having placed an order two months ago and repeatedly been told I should be receiving the product within two weeks leads me to conclude this is an unethical business. Otherwise why would you present a Facebook page that would in essence promote your product and use my monies during this time. I should not have to request a refund, it should have been automatically. I did and the refund has been received this week.

Communication about a very delayed order non existent until I rang them several times to find out where my order of 25th May was . Excuses about inventory !! Then told Customs in India have held up shipment ! After saying I would cancel the order sent 30 free tabs which is only 5 days supply so no point in starting , until I know my order will arrive soon. This week told another 60 tabs have been sent as I have been patient !! I need to know I can get a supply when needed and this doesn't seem possible !! Either we can order and get a supply when needed or we take pot luck whether the order can be delivered. It's now August 8th and still no first order arrived !!

Very bad service, waited two & half months for curalin capsules never received it, poor service, waste of time, customer service not very helpful always delaying time, broken promises, can't rely on this company.

Although the tablets lowered my blood sugar levels it’s not possible to more supplies. I have had an order for 6 months supply outstanding since 30th May 2019, with no delivery date insight.

Pills are great. Delivery is a joke over 6 weeks now and 3 calls to customer service and still no indication as to when they will arrive. Now out of tablets. WHERE ARE THEY!!!!

The pills are fantastic there work. The only thing is the shipping. I need them pills bad I'm out odert them pills over a month ago. I'm still waiting. Costumers service are no help and they lie to you.Mein blood sugar is going up again. When the shipping is not getting better I need to find something else for my blood sugar.
