"Saying goodbye to the old fashion way of auto care and service! I've found a new way of being more efficient with my time and money. After my regular mechanic couldn't fit me in on his schedule and wanted to me leave my car a full day for a simple brake pad replacement, the universe read my mind and I heard a commercial on the radio for Curbee. Intrigued by convenience of a mobile mechanic I went online and requested a quote. A day later (faster than my mechanic) I had a quote emailed to me breaking down the parts and labor costs. To my complete surprise and amazement it was 50% less than my mechanic in a fraction of the time in labor. I was able to call and schedule the service for 2 days later and just in time for my next Turo guest's reservation. \r\nI have to say that a company culture is evident by the attitude and interaction you have with it's employees. Not only was everyone I spoke with, from customer service to mechanic friendly, they were honest and genuinely happy people. They seemed to love their jobs and it shows. Working with people who value your business and enjoy their work makes all the difference. \r\nAs for the experience I had with my service, hands down top notch. The mechanic arrived at my business on time, accessed my car via lockbox and did his assessment. Turns out I didn't need any brake work for the rear just new pads and rotors on the front. They quickly coordinate to have another mechanic bring the necessary parts and complete the work so that my mechanic could move onto a different appointment. Not only did this save me time, clearly it values other customers' time as well. \r\nThe new mechanic arrived completed the job and secured the car all within an hour. Plenty of time remaining for my Turo guest's arrival. \r\nTo everyone at Curbee, thank you for revolutionizing the car service industry with such a convenient, efficient and cost saving service model. I will definitely use their services again for all my vehicles and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know!"

“Installation was good however was surprised when they did not clean the dust and markings off the tires prior to installing. I didn’t get new tires for my car to look like I bought used tires. really ruined the experience for me to be honest.”

“This is the second time I have used your service. Both times I have scheduled the appointment and requested a factory filter. Both times I get a call a day before the appointment and am told that they can’t get filter and have to reschedule. This is a simple Honda filter and can be found at any reputable parts store. On top of that your team had Atleast two days to get the part. Overall the techs have been good and I like the convenience of your service. My second issue is that both times the tech has made absolutely no recommendations to my vehicle. My belt is worn and tensioner is squeaky, I am overdue for the 60,000 mile service, my air filter is black as well as my brake fluid. Also typically washer fluid is topped off during a service and was not done. My thoughts would be that your company depends on upsales to generate revenue. I know you can’t sustain off just oil changes. This is definitely a learning opportunity to train the techs on better overall inspections and upsales. The tech was courteous, and on time.”

“Carlos was great to work with. He listened to the concerns that I had and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix my car. He and I also discussed some concerns that he had about some parts that would probably need to be replaced given the age of my car. But I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me, just to let me know.”
