“Very good product range. But no floor staff and had to wait 10 mins for assistance. I did time it.... because I can't actually just pick up the camera and laptop I require and go pay. But they had it when I asked for it and gave me plenty of add ons and extras eg memory card and insurance.”

“Ordered a rangemaster cooker , initially delivered wrong colour. Obviously not happy at first but give them credit they we're very apologetic and sorted it out with correct one delivered a week later. Gave some store credit to compensate sense the favourable review.”

“I was very skeptical about buying my make of machine. Im used to Hotpoint and have been for the past 13 years. Change is always skeptical. I spent some lengthy time with the adviser who also took her time to to talk me through each brand. She never once rushed me nor made me feel like i was wasting her time, as some advisers do. She explained in quite some detail the difference between each machine and then asked what i was looking for in a machine. Exactly. She asked me what my feelings were. This i think for me was the selling point. being made to feel like you are important....”
