“i was in currys last week buying a TV before i brought i wanted to know abit about the staff member iwas talking told me about and how its better from older one or a cheaper one co me here if you need to know somthig before buying.”

“After purchasing a fridge online I waited in for the time slotted delivery . The fridge didn't arrive so I contacted currys. . They said the driver was running late and they had no idea if he could deliver or not. If he could this would be until 9pm. At 840pm the driver called to say he had broken down and would not deliver . He said he could deliver 2days later. I said I'd be home from 4pm he said that would be fine. That morning I received a text to say delivery would be between 1-5pm. Then a phone call at 11am from the driver who was outside my house and would not return later. Then a call from customer services who were so rude and unhelpful I ended up cancelling my order .”

“We purchased a Nikon camera in January, camera failed just after the 28 day!!!! exchange policy, contacted currys customer helpline absolute waste of time, was told could take back to store to exchange as told by them, only to get there and be told it had to be sent away for repair which takes up to 7-10 days after 4 attempts to call branch and no return calls and emails, I went back into the store after 21 days of waiting long story short basically lost my camera and it is no longer in stock, the camera that replaced it was £30 extra which I refused to pay as it was no fault of my own. I asked to speak to manager Mr Graham Denley at Wednesbury branch who was most unhelpful and rude despite my efforts to get him to agree to replacement he refused so I insisted on a immediate refund to my credit card leaving the store camera less never to return again!!! Unprofessional, disatisfied customer service I have ever experienced they obviously don't need customers!!!!!!”

“Terrible staff at merry hill west kids.....obnoxious and rude.....misleading with their claim to refund if goods develop fault under 21 days.....they certainly do not.....im now £400 out of pocket.....had laptop under a week, faulty....got nowhere....going to trading standards...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE....go to Argos cud they honour their 28 day money back warranty”

“back to currys again today,, i was well sold out by the manager mark at altricham store on 21 dec , logik fridge freezer broke down again three in a 14 month period, he said its nothing to do with the store, its the manufactures who is at fault. ive had to get rid of 3 lots of food over the time ive had the faulty gods the phoning around and the cost and time spent with letters and phone calls.let u know how i go on today. o forgot to say [ the manufacturers wanted 119 pound to see if there goods was at fault.”

“logic fridge freezer broke down twice in the the first 7 months; just broke down again today. got in touch with currys they blame makers and makers pass me back to currys. three lots of food ive threw away, no one wants to know the fridge freezer was not fit for purpose. lets see how i get on”
