“Went in to Crown Point Store in Leeds yesterday morning to look at dishwashers. Was very pleased with the service I received from Veronica who went through different models and showed me additional machines available online. Quickly arrived at a decision with Veronica's help. She was most helpful, courteous and very efficient. No long drawn out session on the till. All straightforward. Was in and out of the store. Very happy and wish more would visit store rather than do online. Have done both and visiting store and seeing product in the flesh is so much better and has made me feel more confident. On line, never know what you are buying”

“Visited Stockport Peel Centre today to get an Ipad. We knew what we wanted. Harry 41 was our sales adviser. He went off to check the stock and luckily there was 1 available in the colour we wanted. We had got printed vouchers to pay which meant Harry had to load them onto a gift card for the transaction on a 2nd till to enable them to go through - a bit of a faff really for him to have to do, making sure another sales adviser didn't use the other which still had our transaction on it. But anyway he did it quickly and easily. He mentioned the Customer Support Agreement which was free for the first month so we decided to take up that deal. Harry answered a couple of questions on the set up the Ipad so we felt happy enough to go home and get started with it, which we have done no problem. Job done - 2 happy customers. Thanks Harry!”

“Shocking online service,Avoid at all cost Shocking online service,got up early on a bank holiday to make sure was back for delivery between 1-5...never showed.when phoned up apparently tried to deliver at 1.30....total rubbish at 1.25 had a delivery from amazon...no problem there...no card left....rearranged deliver for Tuesday 9-1 then when checked put it on another 1-5 so had to ring again.....never have these problem with richer sounds should have stuck with them might have took a few more days but at least there delivery drivers are honest and not complete and utter liars Update checked again still showing wrong delivery time and this despite a manager supposed to have sorted....total and utter shambles of a company”

“I bought a hp da0511sa laptop from the Rhyl store.I was assured by the assistant it would suit my purposes - just family history research and photo editing- the laptop is so slow you can almost see and hear the gears moving! To cap it all I was sold an ex display item which we didn't realise until we got it home and saw the marks and scratches.It was replaced with a £30 voucher (which I've yet to receive) but the point is in the shop I was told 'oh its just been opened to check it's ok and resealed' Very poor customer service -in fact outright lies-and I've now got a new computer which is slower than my 'old' five year old one”

“I recently purchased an all in one computer from Curry's Longton Stoke on Trent. After the 21 day period my computer decided to shut down, start up, shut down, start up and on it went. Instead of sending it away they changed the computer for a new one. Now, under there retail contract they could have sent it away but they didn't, now I call that exceptional customer service and I have to say I have never had a bad experience with Curry's so well done chaps and chapes's.”

“I have been to Currys in Longwell Green , BRISTOL to buy a tv. The 1st time I left the store because the staff were less knowledgeable than me and had little customer service skills. When I went back a few days later when I had cleared my head, I was lucky enough to bump into the LG TV regional manager who happened to be in the store . As no Currys staff were about he helped me tremendously and spent over 20 minutes showing me all the features and answering all my questions even though he was not there as a sales person. I wish I had taken his name so I could thank him. My next review is not so favourable for the subsequent lack of service from Curry’s and their delivery partners.”

“I recently bought products from this company that I cannot fault, on entering the store I was greeted by friendly members of staff who helped me make the right decision, I would rated them higher than a 5 if I could. This company is good for what they sell. Some of the products that I bought were a Tassimo machine, a 10inch Samsung tablet a 32inch tv.”
