People NEVER buy from currys! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. On hold for hours and hours only to be transferred to someone and put back on hold for hours to then be cut off! My TV was sent for repairs but they were unable to fix the issue so said they would email me a voucher to the same value so that I can purchase another tv online. That was a week ago and I still have not received the voucher! Currys you have stolen my TV! I want a refund

Very similar experience to a lot of these reviews I am reading. Wrong item sent to me, after hours of trying to speak to someone, finally got through and arranged collection and told that getting my actual item to me can not be done quickly. 8 days now after spending almost 2k I am still waiting. Zero help or understanding apart from 'well this is how the system works'. Yes we are in the middle of a pandemic, but they are taking peoples money quick enough, with no customer service. It sounds like this is a typical experience on a normal day, having read some older reviews. Shocking user experience.

The world really needs to avoid curry’s, worst pandemic customer service experienced and I’m a very patient person.lied to in the first place by sales team, conned into ordering a second time rejected item. I have spent a combined total of 11 hours on hold this week, coming off hold being transferred to other departments and other appalling tricks and lies. Curry’s refund order:CUR2075366011

Shocking Customer Service. I wish I had gone to John Lewis. Ordered a pair of Skull candy Crushed headphones in January. These were meant to come with a free 6 months Spotify subscription. I emailed them several times for them to send me the free subscription and they eventually did in March. The code did not work so I emailed them again. Still nothing and it is now May. I have emailed them 5 times and they haven't even bothered replying. Shocking customer service.

I bought and sound bar tv 2 months ago ,I collected my TV and I am still waiting for the sound bar. Ridiculous service. It is impossible to chat with them on the phone and by email I only received 4 automatic replies. Well done guys, I don't know how you manage to mess up my order again. This is not the first time.

Donald Robinson I have e- mailed my complaint four times and after three they asked to resubmit it has the had lost the details. I was promised a reply within 24hours . Still waiting six days later. The product was good but the refund of the installation charge was the problem and I am happy it was not on the product. I will never purchase anything else if this is the way they treat their customers

Pease do not buy item for delivery in Currys or PC world they do a massive mess at the moment ...I saw a lot of people have the same problems. I bought a TV for my daughter who is in lockdown for 8 weeks to help in her activities.  1 bought the tv and paid for fast delivery  2 They brought me a wrong item  3 I contacted Curry's and they sent a driver to collect on next day.  4 they never brought the right item until today  On the chart they treated me with great disregard and said that they will not do anything until they speak to the DPD which have collected the wrong item for days. They don't answer the phone and I've been waiting for hours every day. I asked for refund and they denied it.  I have children at home waiting for this TV in stress because they are not giving a damn. Dont add more headaches to your lifes buying in Currys than we have now with the lockdown . many thanks PC world and Currys to your massive contribution to make things worst.

I would give them a minus score if it was possible. I ordered a TV from them and paid for a next day delivery (CUR2075831118) When I checked the delivery the tracker said DHL had received the order but not the parcel. I phoned and waited THREE AND A HALF HOURS until it was finally answered, and then they bloody transferred me for ANOTHER HOUR AND STILL DID NOT ANSWER. Their live chat suggested speaking to DPD and they could not help any further but they had not even sent the item, so how will DPD help? They just pass the buck but have no interest in solving the problem. I guess I have wasted the cost of TV, delivery and hours of premium rate phone calls so I will report this as a fraudulent transaction. Don’t waste your money use AO or someone reliable I will NEVER use them again

Ordered an cordless phone 19.04.20 and received an email 22.04.20 confirming it had been dispatched to Royal Mail. Royal Mail never received it so the problem is with Currys, however their phone options only offer an option for queries about large item orders saying if it's a small item you must contact the deliverer. Have been trying the large items phone option over the last week just to speak to anyone. Been on hold for over 5 hours in total and eventually got through today after 1 hr 42 mins to a bloke working from home. Said I had to speak to the small box team and he'd transfer me and my call would be prioritised. After a further hour the line went dead. There is no way to email them and webchat has disappeared from the website. Appalling customer service. Do not order anything from them for the next few months. You will simply have no way of contacting them in the event of any problem. Whether you receive your goods or not.

I bought a new below cooker on 22/04/2020 it’s got delivered next day electrician fitted it that evening we tried cooking a chicken in the oven after 10 minutes it tripped electric I called an electrician as we needed to Cooke our food after 200 pounds in call outs finally it is the oven in cooker which is at fault not the electrics in the home , I have for days been trying to contact on phone but just keep being cut off !! We need it sorting out as soon as possible I bought from curry’s as you are reputable but this isn’t the experience I’m having now 🥵, please please tell me what I need to do regards Brian Giles , number 07738413697

Easy to order and pay online, delivery happened as advised so had the goods arrived in good shape this review would have been 5 stars. However goods arrived damaged which was not necessarily Currys fault so my review would have only dropped to 4 stars had I been able to contact them and resolve. But I'm rating Currys after sales service 1 star because I was unable to get them on the phone after waiting well over an hour on 2 occasions or webchat which was never available. At the time of writing the matter remains unresolved. I wish I'd read Currys reviews before ordering and gone elsewhere.

What went wrong at curry’s ?? Everything Don’t even know where to start All I can say is .. before you order just look at the reviews !! If you Don’t want to be disappointed Then just go elsewhere Curry’s are more hassle than they are worth and guaranteed you will get price match or cheaper deal elsewhere I have given up trying to get my replacement product and my refund Having to spend over 7 hrs already with being cut off half way through conversation and rude approach It’s not worth the bother anymore So much for caring curry’s thanks during these testing times All other companies and Nhs going the extra mile risking their health too to help others but curry’s just don’t care Hope you learn and improve or just don’t bother to open again

Bought a laptop and paid extra to get a delivery before noon. Immediately after the purchase I get a message from the delivery company saying that start filling the van after 11am. laptop arrived in the afternoon.

Been waiting 55 minutes, to be told system is down! No manager available. This is after Curry's have taken money from my account without any permission or agreement, for the second year running. Absolutely RUBBISH service

Absolutely shambolic wait times. Being told that their team know I'm waiting - do they know I've been waiting over an hour? If so, they're missing the point of customer service... Be sure to know Curry's I will not be returning as a customer anytime soon. Also, final bit of feedback, CHANGE THE BLOODY RECORD ON THE PHONE! This would make the unbearable wait times a little less boring.

Makes no difference however bad the reviews are just read some of them Curry's is totally useless but then read the reviews it's endemic horrendous customer service.

do not buy from these during this crisis if the goods are faulty or unwanted you cannot get through to them to arrange a return, even when you do they say the dpd website has crashed so that are unable to arrange a collection. totally disreputable practice. the only way to arrange a return is by phone and it took me over an hour then to be told dpd website had crashed. i tried the website booking in a collection and it was fine. what they didn't know is our company use dpd so we were able to use the website without any issue at all. just a ploy to stop you returning products. typical of currys.

I bought a kettle still in warranty under care plan Treated badly in store and customer service trying to sort it since February but still no progress They haven’t even actioned it or replaced the faulty product Trying to ring is a joke Spent the whole afternoon on phone getting cut off when I as finally get through after 90 mins each time It’s Taken my three overs to cancel a new order and as a key Nhs staff this is valuable time adding more stress than what we need Never order from Currys again Better to pay a little extra for the excellent service you would get from other companies As I write this message I Am still on the phone since 2pm it is now 17.09pm 😡

Currys online rubbish Yes I understand stores are close so I made order online they took payment Order was excepted wrong by system I tried to change it but it said no then I could not log back in then I spent 1 hour 20 minutes on the phone before hanging up Nice one Currys wrong item rip off total rip off It was a tv so not a cheap item never use again rubbish just rubbish
