“Got the vegan afternoon tea as a surprise gift for my mum’s birthday. She was delighted with it and enjoyed it over several days. Really nicely presented and great I could get it on short notice.”

“I originally received the incorrect cake. As I needed a vegan and gluten free cake with next day delivery. I had called customer service and asked either for a replacement cake or a full refund. I was able to receive the correct cake on time in the end before dinner that same evening.”
