“My grandson and his friends really enjoyed the Sponge cake for his 18 Birthday. It was a lovely traditional cake. It was delivered on time which makes things easier and was well worth the money.”

“The ordering /delivery process was smooth and efficient. The cake was well packed and arrived as promised. Sadly, the photo on their website of the product I bought is, I feel, misleading. The picture depicts a cake whose middle is oozing with caramel filling when, in fact, this is not the case at all. What you actually get is no more than a standard, plain chocolate cake. This caused me to feel cheated which, in turn, left me with a rather sour taste in my mouth. I bought this cake for my daughter's birthday and having been led to expect a delectable treat, the laclustre product I actually received put rather a dampner on the day's celebrations. Honesty is by far the best policy. Hype leads only to disappointment.”

“I ordered this cake for my birthday cake since it looked like chocolate heaven. The sponge was very soft but lacking much flavour but this was balanced by the topping since I thought this was quite a strong flavour. However the flavour wasn't giving me chocolatey, it tasted too much like caramel for my liking. It was a unique flavour that I personally didn't enjoy. The Cornflakes were slightly chewy so that texture i also disliked. My boyfriend who doesn't like chocolate cake really enjoyed it though and ate most of it (he owes me a birthday cake haha). From tasting other chocolate products and loving them from here, this was just slightly disappointing for me.”
