“Good products, but to call it a “gift box” I think it would be better to somehow package them together. The brownies are in their own box. The beer bottle is then just added separately as a bit of an afterthought and so makes it a bit awkward to give as a one gift.”

“Cake had too much butter even the macaroons. The spongw was stodgy and cake didn't seem fresh more like stored in a refrigerator for a while. I would not recommend to any family nor friends”

“My friend who received the brownies was so pleased with them and very much enjoyed them. They were delivered on time. Well boxed. I had to contact customer service as I omitted to add a message, about who they were from! This was all sorted with a quick phone call. Thank you. Would use the service again and will recommend to others.”

“My second time ordered the cake from overseas (I live in Malaysia). The last order made was for delivery on 3 December 2023 to Croydon area for my nephew's 17th birthday. I'd like to share the comment he made on the cake as it is only appropriate coming from him. "The cake was perfect. Not too sweet and rich in flavour..." Price wise was also reasonable in total when compared with other bakers' rates (including delivery charges). Thank you, Cutter and Squidge for the wonderful cakes and decorations and more importantly for putting a big smile on my nephew's face. Will definitely order from you again for any of my family members' birthdays!”

“I bought the nut free Brownies as a Christmas treat for my friend. She has nut allergy, I’m glad this option was available. She liked them. The only downside is that delivery is quite expensive (£8). I was very impressed with the customer service at cutter and squidge. THEO was very efficient in resolving a small issue that I had.”

“Customer service was fine. Admittedly we did not enjoy the recent purchase maybe it was just a bad choice. Previously savoured every bite from past orders. Something was just not right in terms of the taste this time so feeling put off to make a future order.”
