“Overall, we were very happy with the Mini Easter Chocolate Hamper and the quality of the chocolate included; however, the centrepiece of the hamper, the highly-rated Billionaire Egg fell a little below our expectations. Specifically, it was difficult and messy to eat and the embedded chocolate treats did not help - perhaps it may be worth considering separating these from the egg to make everything easier to consume? I hope this helps as the chocolate in the egg was delicious but I would prefer it if the components were separated to increase the enjoyment of each.”

“I'm only disappointed with the delivery process, since there was a phone number should have checked when the delivery can take place within the 4 hour window given. Recipient of cake had been very impressed with the quality.”

“I've never ordered this cake before not have I ordered from this bakery but I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was prompt, cake was well packaged and tasted amazing. Such a lovely balance of flavours. If I was being super picky I'd swap the hard icing at the tope with buttercream but that's just because I don't have a sweet tooth! Would definitely order again.”

“I ordered 2 separate afternoon tea boxes one for my mum and the other for my mother in law, in which they both enjoyed very much. Unfortunately the courier who delivered my mums afternoon tea box was very rude on the phone when he called to deliver it. The afternoon tea box I ordered for my mother in law, I paid extra for delivery between 8.00am and 12.00pm and it didn’t arrive until after 5pm so was disappointed. Both these issues were issues with the couriers and not cutter and squidge. I would recommend a review of your courier services.”

“The delivery was quick and simple, it was timed perfectly with us taking the cake to the venue and not having to further refrigerate the cake. The cake in itself was beautifully made.”
