“4 out of 5 simply because there is always room for improvement. Never become complacent! Very responsive in regards to customer service and product/s look great. Yet to taste as we've not quite reached Easter. Thank you and likely be a repeat customer.”

“This is one of the best chocolate cakes that we have had in London. Delivery was perfect. I'd have given it 5 stars if the cake was moist. Unfortunately, as other reviews stated, I can confirm that the cake is very dry. Another thing you should take into consideration is that this cake is extremely sweet. So if you like sweet, you're going to love it. My cake was made on the 13th, delivered on the 14th and expired on the 16th, so you must eat it quite quickly.”

“Great Brownies Shame about the address problem I had - Aiming to get all my march birthdays sorted in one go with brownies by post I input all the addresses only to find that when I came to set up only the addresses on the first page would show up. I have reported this twice however don't think it has been fixed yet :-(”

“The cake selection boxes were stunning and made great gifts; the recipients were over the moon and said they tasted delicious. Unfortunately, I have been prevented from giving your company more business because I live outside of the delivery area for the fresh ingredient cakes. I would have loved to instead have collected from your bakery but that is currently not available. I hope however this is not always the case so I can make future orders. Thanks!”

“Splashed out a bit for a treat for a birthday but wouldn’t again, Cakes ok, not great. And soooo many emails, I need to cancel or stop them. Had an issue with packaging, sorted swiftly, customer service is 10/10 +++”
