“I have no words for this service. I placed an order. Clear address for delivery for a birthday gift to a friend. It never made it. I complained and was given gift vouchers to re order which I did. Had delivery confirmed messages but my firmed has still never received her gift. Shockingly bad service. Will not ever use again”

Hi Rhiain, We are so sorry that your gift didn't arrive. We have looked into this order to see why. Unfortunately it seems like the order has been sent back to us and there was an issue within the depot. This is why your friend unfortunately didn't receive their gift from you. We rely on DPD to delivery your product and on this ocassion they clearly missed the mark. We have after the second failed attempted issued a refund.
