“I got this as a Christmas treat for my husband. The delivery came in good time as expected and was even more beautiful in real life! It tasted fantastic as well! I am really looking forward to purchasing more seasonal treats from Cutter & Squidge in the future!”

“Very efficient service in terms of communication and ease of ordering and range of products. Delivered on time and well presented. There was a good variety of cupcakes and they were safely and attractively packaged. The cakes were delicious. All in all a very good experience and would definitely use the company again.”

“I understand the gift I sent was very nice, but you keep referring to me by the name of the person I sent the gift too. This is no doubt due to a problem on your website, which automatically duplicated the wrong details into the sender/person ordering box and I couldn't correct it. I would have thought a website company that specialises in gift items could get that right. Even this survey uses the name of the person I sent the gift to....Cllr Sean Driscoll. That is not me.”

“Very pleased with the items in the aftrenoon tea. We bought this for elderly neighbours and they were over-joyed with it. Only downside was the delivery - it arrived one day early and delivered in late evening. The delivery person only rang the bell or knocked and did not wait very long then put it on the ground 6ft to the side of the front door took a picture then left. The picture taken could have been any one of many front doors in this area. No house number shown. The elderly people inside do not go out in the dark, and besides, they never use their front door.... therefore it could have been left lying there for a very long time. Any note or leaflet pushed through the door would not have been seen as they use inside door curtains. When I got the text that it had been delivered in such a manner, I had to go and look for it and inform them of the delivery. I realise that delivery may not be your resposibility, but this manner of discarding it at the front door, not handing it to a person and then calling it as delivered is preposterous. I even made a note on the delivery format to leave at number 21 if there was no answer... this was totally ignored. Other than that the afternoon tea was very good and and very much appreciated by the recipients. Regards, aly.robertson@btinternet.com”
