“I was surprised that the “cakes” were that small which made me question value for money. (Considering cost of postage in addition) Would not buy again.”

“I received this link to review positive feedback, or advised to email any negative comments. I emailed to say how disappointed I was with the brownies. Two were half the size and looked unfinished. The promised runny caramel was absent from the ‘caramel fudge’. The billionaires was a barely visible dusting of shortbread. I was asked to email pictures, which I relied to say I didn’t have, two weeks after purchase. I have therefore heard nothing more, it’s not what I expected from this very polished brand.”

“They didn’t give DPD the full address so it was only due to the kindness of the DPD delivery driver the second delivery attempt that the cake was delivered at all. They also have ignored every email I have sent trying to get a response on this.”

“Great experience from ordering via the website - lots of choice and was able to order what I needed and within my required delivery time. Quality of the cakes when they arrived was really good and packaging had protected them in transit. Really tasty cakes and everyone enjoyed them. Would definitely order again and recoomend to others”
