“The cake was really nice- however, the service wasn’t great. We wanted to pick up the cake from the shop since we were not sure what time we would be home that day. We were told that there were only 5 options for cake if we wanted to pick it up at the store- I did not understand why, surely all they had to do was get the cake from online to the store where we could pick it up (I made the call weeks in advance, so they had enough time to coordinate this). We had to change plans for a full day birthday day out just to stay home and wait for the cake to arrive… which was a shame.”

“1st time, we needed dairy-free cakes and it was very good. We were a bit worried about the delivery but the cakes arrived well protected so it was great. However, we would recommend writing on the box "up" and "down" and "fragile", because honestly, when I saw the deliveryman coming to me holding it on the side edge under the arm like a box of goods (accessories or books for eg.), I was a little worried. Appart from that, the delivery of cakes is an excellent service and these cakes are as beautiful as good, so we will order again.”

“Email you twice to say I was not happy with the way they was delivered I asked if not in to put in shed YOU DROPPED THEM THOUGH letter box they was all damaged I did not get a response at all”

“Very good presentation packaging and delivery of a lovely cake. It was however pricey to send a cake like this as there was no option for omitting the tin. I probably will use the service again but because of the price not as often as I’d like.”
