“Excellent ongoing help ( 3 years) from Matt with a very difficult purchase sale from Focus. Would not have continued except needed matching lamps or change out everything. Matt was very understanding.”

“They had just the bulb I needed and it worked perfectly for my landscape light replacement. Minor issue with delay in shipment but after a quick email they immediately responded and had the item to me within days. Very good customer service and follow-up.
