Assembly and use instructions are incomplete. This is an expensive joke of a product!

That is a true shame to hear you could have asked we can send instruction videos on how to assemble this item, would you please consider to remove the bad review if we give you a 20% discount on the purchase of any item in the store except mirrors and towel warmers, please consider these negative reviews really affect us as a company.

It took about three months to arrive and was nothing like it was described to be.

Buy elsewhere! DLaguna is a middle-man company with little to NO control over product. My experience has been poor to say the least. There’s a massive disconnect between DLaguna, the product manufacturer and the shipping company. I have PART of a table top: no middle insert to complete it and no legs and that’s going on 3 WEEKS now. The customer service rep can’t give me ANY details STILL. I call regularly and I’m being told that I’ll be called that evening with information but I’ve yet to receive a call. No one knows anything. Not when or if I’ll be receiving the rest of the table. It’s not the service reps fault, it’s a bad company set up. DLaguna is a 3rd party you can buy through but they don’t ship the product. Next time I need something for my home, I’ll skip this middle man company and buy from a store that directly has the items purchased. AND, there’s been no compensation for all of this mess. Save yourself the hassle, don’t buy DLaguna.

Poor customer service. Matt is the worst customer service person. Matt promised to deliver the product in 5 days but never delivered. Canceled the order before delivery but still delivered it to my house 4 weeks later. Hassle to return the product. Will not recommend to others.

Item I purchased wasn’t clearly described on site and when I received it, I realized the flaws in mechanism. In order to return it, I’d have to pay for shipping and a 25% restock fee. Never ordering here again!

I purchased incorrect in-ground lights, which was my fault. I cannot comment on the quality of the lights. There is a 30% 'restocking' fee that has to be approved by the supplier to this company, which took a few days. The lights had to be unopened, which, fortunately, they were. Also, there is no return shipping. The lights are heavy, so shipping with insurance was over $100. I was out $400 on a $1200 purchase. Caveat emptor!

i did not receive the one light. Only the two (2) well lights, please let me know before i call my credit card. i am assuming that the one (1) wall wash light is on back order. Steven J. Kapetanos 646-637-4645

Hi Steve We sent you an email about this on the 18th of October about this, that the well lights were on back order, you never made a claim with us over this we can partial cancel the order for the backed items with no problem. Please remove the negative review if you would be so kind

We noticed the fixture would not work for our BBQ and you wanted us to pay for the return and a restocking fee. The item is under 50.00 and instead of providing good customer service we are now never making a purchase with your company again!.

Customer Service is really poor, no proactive communication on shipment delay . When I call in and ask for updates, same excuse every time and loose shipment updates without asking for order number for two months. There are lots room for improvements.

We still haven’t received the shipment or received updates after I was given a tracking number. Matt in sales says there was a problem at the warehouse and that it would be shipped out 2 weeks ago but I still don’t have a tracking. Haven’t heard back the last 2 times I’ve asked. Please HELP as my project has a sensitive time line.

We ordered a large light fixture. We received the light fixture badly damaged and to add insult to injury it was the wrong fixture. We had to ship it back. Matt with Sales team refused to give us credit. He wants to repair the light--unacceptable when you are paying almost 3k for a light. Even though he knows it is the wrong fixture, he will not go ahead and ship the correct one. I do not recommend DLaguna.

Every mirror we ordered came broken. After the 3 rd mirror we finally got one not broken. Need a better packing material or wooden crate. Other than this we are very happy. Sales lady Sara at IB Mirrors was so helpful. Thanks,

Took longer than what website said. Three weeks from a two day delivery. They offered to gift another mirror, never received it after giving them the description they asked for of the mirror I chose. Ended up being put in a circle of wrong tracking numbers and dealt with one customer service rep that wasn't very professional. Although, the last rep I dealt with was pleasant and tried to help.
