I ordered a mirror from them back in December 7th. The estimated delivery was December 12th. Past December 12th I called to find out what happened to my order. It hadn't shipped yet because they weren't in possession of it. They said it would come in the next shipment and should ship out around Christmas. Chrstimas comes and still no tracking number. They blamed shipping delays and UPS. Yes there were delays with many companies, but they still delivered! My order didn't ship until January 18th. A month late the order is finally shipping. My mirror arrived completely destroyed. I read the reviews of the shipping company they used and this was a common problem. Getting close to 2 months into order and now I only had a broken mirror to show for it. We asked how quickly they could get a replacement and they could not give us an estimated date. They only said they would get new mirrors in 1 week and it would take 'more than 5 days' to get to me. During this entire process, they never informed me of any problems or delays. My husband and I had to keep calling everytime they missed delivery. They have no call waiting and seem to have very few people working for them because you're often talking to the same person. They also wouldn't always be available during the customer service hours stated and frequently didn't pick up even when called. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. Ordered another mirror from somewhere else and got a tracking number next business day. Clearly DLaguna has huge issues with logistics and not someone you want to order from when you have timelines and major rennovations happening.

We are very sorry for what happened logistically during the pandemic has been very complicated, the shipping company is the one responsible for this mess, but we did our best trying to fix the situation and answer every one of your questions.

Worst customer service i had to go directly to the manufacturer where he said he has nothing but problems with you. Rose was useless. After going to another distributor per the manufacturer i was finally able to get what i need to get my bbq light working. You people are the worst.

Ordered Dec 14, 2020 & our cc was charged. Received tracking number Dec 15, 2020. It is now Jan 22, 2021 & we have no mirror & just get the run around from everyone at DLaguna. HORRIFIC customer service from Matt, Rose & Toby who say they are handling this & will call us back. Still no call back and no mirror!

I still have not received the mirror I ordered in 12/2/2020. I have called and talked to them 2 times and have been told that it was taken to the shipment area for UPS. UPS said that the shipping label was created by DLaguna but they have not received the package. I have a contractor waiting in the mirror. Not sure what to do next. I want to say the company is good but I don’t have any evidence currently to support that.

My mirror was installed and clock never worked. Spoke with representative at Dlaguna to advise of the issue and was given the representative Jimmy from Aquadom number to contact. That was back on August 27th and I still have no resolution. I have emailed back and forth but I still have a clock that does not work. I was told today (after me reaching out again) that they would be sending out a new clock. How am I supposed to install a new clock? I asked this to representative and this is what I got in response: You will need to; 1. Disconnect the mirror from power 2. Remove the backplate of the mirror 3. Slide the old clock out/slide the new one in (unit has special brackets) 4. Put the backpannel back 5. Establish an electiclal connection to the unit I already paid to have someone mount the mirror and hard wire it. Very disappointed with the mirror and the service for something I spent good money on. I paid almost $500 for a mirror that came faulty and the only solution I am getting is to put more money into it by "replacing" the clock myself. Purchase with caution. Not a happy customer.

I have received the incorrect products, I am missing products. My office manager has left 2 messages and sent an email this week to be called back. We have not been called back. We can not get through to anyone when we call.

Took a very long time to get respond that item was out of stock. Called couple times said it was in its way. Felt very mislead. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t purchase anything again.

The website indicated shipping within 1 or 2 days, that was a reason I ordered this item. 1 week later I called customer service, they said that they were still waiting to receive the item and said they would ship it to me by Wednesday. Still did not see anything. Called customer service back on Saturday, they said same thing. I ended up waiting for 3 weeks before it shipped out. They know that they can't shipitwithin1 or 2 days, but they still do not changes their website. If I know this, I wouldn't waste my time.

I ordered my mirror July 17. Was charged the $2300 immediately and I still don’t have the mirror. It’s October 15.

waited months for my product. didn't get any communication after first response. the Tiipii was shipped without notification and showed up at my doorstep with no notice. No one contacted me to see if it was ok or to apologize for the ridiculous delay. No offer to make it better. The TiiPii is fine. It is just fine. Not worth the hassle, heartache and time I wasted on it. It sits crooked and I don't know how to fix that and honestly who do I reach out to? You? TiiPii themselves? It seems none of you really care to make things right with customers so why should I bother?

Hello. My light does not really match the first one I purchased. I have 2 in my kitchen , one broke and I was looking to replace it. However, the new one doesn't have the ribbon effect it was shown with. It appears to be squished or flattened and doesn't match my first order. I made need to return it.

I ordered a mirror, the delivery company left it in front of the door, so I didn't sign the receipt. Gently I put him in an empty room where no one entered. When I opened the cardboard box, I saw the broken glass. I called DLaguna and sent an email. They replied that they are not responsible and that if I want to order another one, they can give me a 10% discount. Refusing to ship a new one to replace the broken one. Bad Company, and Bad Custom service. I'll never order anything from Dlaguna again. Not very serious company.

it's been over 2 weeks now and I have yet to receive over $400 worth of light fixtures for a client. Customer service knows nothing other than that UPS has it. Very disappointed as I made a promise for installation that I will not be able to keep. Requested replacement items to be shipped via another carrier but the only response is, " will have to check with manager." I don't want two sets so can return whatever set comes in last, just want to get this job done.

Order took a lengthy time to forfill. The wrong color brackets were send. Had to make several phone calls to get paperwork to make the exhange and sent an email. As of now there isn't a resolution.
