I never received a confirmation email of my purchase nor tracking information for delivery . Since this was my first ever order , I began to be concerned that I was scammed . Thankfully , it was a happy ending with punctual delivery for a birthday day . Thank you ! However I would update your service to include both the items I mentioned above .

Think the product is probably ok. However, it was 12 volt instead of 110. I suppose that is on me but I and the electrician were both surprised. Then I found out there was a no return policy which was listed but I never saw it. So we had to get a transformer and then the bulb that I special ordered with the light was not bright enough to adequately light my grill. I used a bigger bulb and now it seems to be working well. I was really surprised to see a no return policy in this day and age.

Hi Jim Most of your issues with the item are in the name a description of the the item, the item is called literally 12 Volt BBQ light, and its a custom item as established clearly in the description that is why it can not be returned.

The customer service was good but the mirror does not live up to our expectations at all. We called snd asked about the difference in the mirror lights and were told the one we ordered the lights came through the front and would put off plenty of light. I’ve truly never been so disappointed in such an expensive product. We had to add more lighting in the bathroom just to get enough light.

Items arrived in boxes and will protect it so that’s good. What I didn’t like about your company is that I never got an update about when the items will arrive there’s no communication with customers and I have to send many emails asking when they will arrive so that’s the bad part

t took over a month the receive the light, The customer service of DLaguna was very good in advise me about the shipment, but she, was unable to receive a lot of info from the manufacture.

I ordered these lights on 2 different occasions. Both times the packaging was horrible. The lights were bouncing around in box without protection and the first shipment had a hole in the UPS box. Luckily nothing fell out during shipping. I think better packaging could be used.

From the picture I thought it is the higher shelf with top and the wheels and I received a topless low compartment, please look at the details before buying. The delivery also took a while so I am not sure if I order the other parts, that I would have a sat in short amount of time.

I did not receive the product i ordered which was on a short timeline, so i had to use it. It turned out ok, but was disappointing to receive the wrong product.

We ordered 2 mirrors at the same time. We received one a couple of days ahead of schedule. The second mirror took almost 4 months to come in. Every month I had to call and find out what was going on with the delivery of the 2nd mirror. This was very disappointing.

The LED mirror is beautiful and probably would be really nice to use. But it was so disappointed that when we open the box today one of the back corner had a long crack. And nobody answer the phones on Sunday, hopefully someone will contact us soon! We really need this bathroom to be done!

Original order placed 9/26/19 today 12/17/19order not complete. Customer Service Abbey King is excellent in trying to get the situation resolved. Almost there 1) received incorrect item—returned 2) received correct item damaged. Replaced some of damaged parts 3) door also damaged that was not initially noticed —-awaiting replacement door now going on 5 weeks. Been in contact with Abbey throughout. Should get new door at anytime. Medicine cabinet is installed with chipped door. Was NOT DLaguna’s fault that the items were broken in shipment. Packages were not handled properly by shipper. Would like to get that replacement door soon. Thank you
