this is really unfair, what held up the order is that fact you gave us a PO Box and we can not ship to those address, and I did contact you over this.

This review is asking me to review DLaguna, not the product purchased. I would have to say, the experience with this company is horrible. They do not have a return policy for items they sell. The item I purchased was a Lechuza planter. You only have two options to choose for size, S and L, which was ambiguous and misleading. Now, i got delivered a giant planter that I do not have a room for, they wouldn’t accept my return because they do not have a return policy. Now I am stuck with a $300 planter that I can’t use. They have been rude about it too. So, just saying that Buyer Beware! This company will not honor anything even if they played a part in the wrong.

The fact that we normally do no accept returns is on our page, some item we do accept but not from that particular. and if you would have been sent the wrong item we can totally get it switched, but I checked your order it was he size you purchased, so am sorry but you are being dishonest.

This mirror does not operate by touching the front mirror- it has to be hard wired to a switch on the wall. NOWHERE in the description I found that it specified that. I have another beautiful mirror from DLaguna- that has this touch feature. I'm pretty disappointed this new one does NOT.

These bulbs looked like they would work for our lighting fixture, but the size of the metal pieces are just too big. I sent a couple emails about our issues, but I still have not heard back from anyone at this company.

we have not received the mirror as yet. Customer service was contacted last week and they were going to tell us monday when delivery was. maybe you could check on the delivery date for us and then we can review at that time.

Product packed poorly. Box arrived falling apart, no way to know if parts where missing. Product is very heavy need better packaging.

Hi Look we are very sorry for what happened but your beef is with the shipping company not with us, if you item is damaged or incomplete in anyway please let us know we will take the claim and fix your problem

Ordered item was shipped with 2 months delay. When delivered on heavy rain day, no notification was sent, delivery person never even ring the bell. Item was soaked through. Dlaguna referred us to manufacturer. Were not involved in solving an issue

Hi Igor look it is not in our power how Federal Express delivers its packages, and yes you were notified that the item was going to be shipped and we did help you to make sure your item were funtional and good condition and we have the correspondence to back this up. This really hurts our company we people make on founded negative reviews.

Service was very helpful till I received the light. Impossible to get bulb in. Felt like it was cracking if I pushed any further. Sent email. Never had a response. Had an electrician doing work at my house, he tried and could not insert. Said if pushed any harder bulb is cracking. Told him to try and it cracked. Unless I get a response will tell credit card company will not pay. thanks

I ordered a beautiful lamp from DLaguna. They carry a great selection of lighting. Unfortunately there have been shipping issues from their side and the lamp was delivered to the wrong place. I am waiting for DLaguna to remedy this situation.

The mirror is beautiful but I had to plead and threaten to get the company to deliver it. I got a different excuse every time I called. Then they said it had shipped when it had not. I would not do business with them again.

Took 20 minutes to pick out items, got to checkout and it wouldn't allow me to . Had to call company direct. Told her the problem and she said another customer told her the samething !!!

Mirror was 1 month late and then delivery took 3 weeks beyond that. DLaguna answered phone when I called but was repeatedly wrong about estimates on when mirror would be ready. This was a huge hassle to my project and added large costs from my contractor.

I purchased 2 mirrors that happened to come with clocks.one didn’t work. Have been promised a replacement mirror but to this date, 6 months , no new mirror. Have called and spoken to reps but still no mirror. No customer satisfaction. Sadly....because the mirror that is functioning is great!

Sorry, but I am disappointed with this speaker. For the price, the quality of sound isn’t great. It does look nice. The best part is the German guy voice that says “your device is connected”.

Was not the way as described in the description. The one corner was broken and unable to return it once I finally opened it. Customer service is horrible they dont respond when they say they will. I have been waiting a month for a call back about ordering a 2nd mirror.

This mirror was not packaged properly and it was in a box with no bubble wrap. As a result, it came in broken pieces.

There were significant shipping delays with my item, which is understandable. It does happen. However the customer service was not great. It was impossible to get a hold of someone, and when I did no one responded when they said they would. They would say will get back to you by the end of the day and wouldn’t. Even if you haven’t heard back from the manufacturer, it seems like you could respond and say we don’t know yet. Just not a great first experience.
