I ordered a mirror, the delivery company left it in front of the door, so I didn't sign the receipt. Gently I put him in an empty room where no one entered. When I opened the cardboard box, I saw the broken glass. I called DLaguna and sent an email. They replied that they are not responsible and that if I want to order another one, they can give me a 10% discount. Refusing to ship a new one to replace the broken one. Bad Company, and Bad Custom service. I'll never order anything from Dlaguna again. Not very serious company.

it's been over 2 weeks now and I have yet to receive over $400 worth of light fixtures for a client. Customer service knows nothing other than that UPS has it. Very disappointed as I made a promise for installation that I will not be able to keep. Requested replacement items to be shipped via another carrier but the only response is, " will have to check with manager." I don't want two sets so can return whatever set comes in last, just want to get this job done.

Order took a lengthy time to forfill. The wrong color brackets were send. Had to make several phone calls to get paperwork to make the exhange and sent an email. As of now there isn't a resolution.

It took a really long time to get this. No update emails. This was not what I expected - the straps are not grey like all of the prior lechuza straps/brackets. These were black so they do not match my other sets which is frustrating.

Can't get corona lighting to respond to email request to order the two additional parts needed to use this light, parts cx854 & cx839. Please assist

Tried to return a plant holder and they said the restocking price they would charge would cost more than the item did. They acted like no one had ever returned a planter before. I would not recommend them. Now I’m stuck with something that does not work and is still sitting in the box I received it in.

BEWARE!!! if you order from this company, 15 day return policy!!! I ordered the grill light for my brother to give his wife for her birthday, the light is quite expensive for a grill light. I ordered over 19 days before her birthday, he gave it to her, and they left on a birthday trip, and by the time they got home, looked at the light and decided it was not what they wanted, and got the light to me to return, it was over 20 days since arrival. Little did I know there is a freaking 15 day return policy, with no exceptions, apparently, so I am so angry. I spent $30 to return it to the company and then found out they would not accept. Needless to say, I am angry!!!
