“I’m finding my dance shoes are really tight, so I am having to wear them for short periods to try and get them to fit more comfortable , I guess maybe I should have ordered a slightly larger size, but comments said to order your size so I did . I’m a dance instructor so it’s a shame they aren’t quite working out for me !!”

“I ordered character shoes as a Christmas gift for my daughter. When she tried them on they were a little too long (size 4.5) so we immediately packed them up and sent back with a request for a size 4 exchange. Unfortunately we had to pay to send back which was a little pricey, however, we received the exchange within about 10 days and were regularly updated with emails.”
