I would highly recommend them to everyone who loves dancing. Well done Dancewear for bringing them to the UK market.
Just be aware, you may need to order a full size up if you have got wide feet like me.
Unfortunately, my experience with customer service wasn’t as smooth as I wanted it to be for 2 reasons:
1. The size chart is not accurate or clear at all. I already had one pair from the Fuego US website, they have a different conversion to the UK sizes chart, so be aware!
I believe this is something Dancewear can easily rectify or clarify on their website, so this is my feedback regarding sizing - not clear enough.
2. The first pair which arrived was not only the wrong size but also seemed faded in colour and had a different curve on the sole than the US pair I had. I had explained this in an email and was offered a postage refund up to £4. When I returned the pair, unfortunately I forgot to mark it as faulty. So I didn’t get the postage refund. Let’s say it’s my fault but it didn’t leave a nice feeling as I was as very frustrated at that moment, trying to figure out the correct size to order.
I had to call them and finally managed to place my new order thanks to the nice lady on the phone. Because of her, my customer service’s experience wasn’t completely disappointing.
Below you can see a comparison of shoes from different sets (the faded colour on one of them).
Once I got the second pair, I have no further complaints, the colour and size were finally right and the sneakers are amazing!”

“Amazing shoes, really well made. They do come up a little small but the leather does relax and stretch slightly after using a few times, so would suggest going for a snug fit.”

“Dance Central got me a pair of Fuego low top dance shoes - I talked through what size to order as it is tricky to get the correct size ordering online - the right foot fits the left is a little snug - apparently I dance better in them … just hoping the shoe stretches a little.”
