“Customer service is excellent, sizing I really feels needs to be reviewed. Whilst I was told by my diggers dance teacher to size up, we actually had to send shoes back 3 times as the sizing is extremely small. We ordered the modern/jazz dance shoes. My daughter’s shoe size it’s 12 but we ended up sending back over and over and now has a size 3! And even they are tight”

“Poor customer service in relation to an order where I believed I was purchasing a shoe brush. The listing is quite deceptive as the brush is shown at the front of the image. Your eye is drawn to the brush and not the text description. Photo needs to change. Contacted customer services who were not able to provide free postage for return despite the misleading listing.”
