“The items were excellent quality and arrived very quickly once dispatched. My daughter felt very comfortable during her ballet exam. I also found their video tutorials on how to sew ballet ribbon on to shoes extremely useful. I am not sure why, but our order seemed to not have been processed until I emailed for an update. 48 hours after my email we had the order, the reason quoted being stock availability. As this seems to be the reason stated by many reviewers for their dissatisfaction, perhaps there is something wrong with their ordering software. Anyway, I would highly recommend, but make sure you order well in advance and perhaps drop them an email after you order?”

“At first I could not click on the code from Roch Valley to track my item. Then I was told it would be coming from Dancewear Central. It was not delivered on the day promised, but I was told you were having problems and kindly agreed to delete the £3 delivery charge. The item arrived a day late, but in good order and I am pleased with my Flamenco dance shoes.”
