“I recently purchased split sole ballet shoes for my granddaughter. They arrived within 48 hours, unfortunately they were the wrong size. There returns protocol is just as prompt. “most of the items arrived next day which was great however i ordered children's ballet socks and didn't receive any correspondence to let me know they were actually out of stock and i wouldn't be receiving the item until 2 weeks later until i chased it up via phone call
