“Had an slight problem with my Dove dress. (Wrong size belt with right size label on it) I emailed and literally within the hour received an email from a lovely helpful person called Oli. They dealt with my issue effortlessly and efficiently. I’ve worked I customer service over the years and would definitely give dancing leopard (especially Oli) 100%. I feel completely confident to order anything knowing the support is there for any questions or queries. Can I also add the quality of the clothing is superb and always a great true fit to size. Being able to order “my size” and know it fits is a fab feeling. I’m looking forward to filling my wardrobe with lots more dancing leopard labels :-)”

“Very happy with Dancing-leopard.... I live in Spain so when ordering I need to be 100% all will be ok.. Im delighted with everything.. The clothes are superb... Description and size... “I adore Dancing Leopard products. They have great designs for every occasion, superb quality and materials, and excellent fit. Their customer service is also brilliant. Plus, their swimwear is made from re-purposed waste, and have hopes to roll out better eco-measures soon. Highly recommend!”

“I've ordered from Dancing Leopard a few times before and always received a pretty prompt response to any emails i've sent. A next day delivery didn't arrive as Royal Mail had said it was and marked as delivered. I emailed to get the issue sorted and at first was told to fill in a form for them to raise the issue with Royal Mail and to investigate further and then they would discuss options with me. I was a bit unhappy to hear at first that they weren't going to send me one out and would need to investigate further, but was then told in the following email once i'd filled the form in they would send another out to me with next day delivery, and I then also received a postage refund for the delivery. Was really pleased with how this was handled by Oli, and also received a discount code for a future purchase as an apology from them. The first address arrived a few days later and I was then sent a free returns label to send this back to them. Really prompt customer service and I really like their clothing. :)”

“Great experience shopping with these guys. I ordered a gorgeous dress which sadly refused to cover my boobs. (It was my optimism - not the dresses fault). Anyway back the dress goes. I made a little request on the return note that I’d like the size up if possible please. And sent the parcel back. In the meantime, I had a brief chat with the customer service by email to ask if an exchange was possible. Sadly no, I would have to reorder. Anyway, some lovely person saw my little request when they unpacked my return and sent me the larger dress anyway! Had they not done this, who knows if I would have reordered. But I am SO glad I did. It’s stunning! Jagger Maxi Dress. Seems to me this is a company run by people not processes. I love it. X”

“My first order from DL directly, I have a few other items that were purchased from Silk Fred. I love DL, such beautiful pieces, amazing quality and the fit is definitely true to size (I’m size 8). I emailed to chase my order as it hadn’t been dispatched 3 days after the order was placed (I was slightly concerned as I’d had it delivered to my work address and didn’t want it to arrive on a weekend), the response from customer service was very prompt, they had my order posted out on the same day as I’d emailed and even upgraded it to next day delivery. Very happy customer, thank you DL!”

“This was my first time ordering , and I am extremely happy! The dress looked just like the pics and the quality was amazing! I had to exchange the dress for a different size, but that was due to my incorrect sizing. I will definitely order more items in the future!”

“I absolutely love this company not only are their clothes absolutely stunning their customer service is exceptional!!!! Every item I have ordered is stunning, fantastic quality, beautiful material and all at affordable price tag. The free delivery & free returns is very appealing. My most recent purchase was the midi shirt dress in nude leopard 🐆 wow wow wow!!! I have now ordered another one in the rich leopard too.
