I ordered a gorgeous dress which sadly refused to cover my boobs. (It was my optimism - not the dresses fault). Anyway back the dress goes. I made a little request on the return note that I’d like the size up if possible please. And sent the parcel back. In the meantime, I had a brief chat with the customer service by email to ask if an exchange was possible. Sadly no, I would have to reorder.
Anyway, some lovely person saw my little request when they unpacked my return and sent me the larger dress anyway!
Had they not done this, who knows if I would have reordered. But I am SO glad I did. It’s stunning! Jagger Maxi Dress.

“My first order from DL directly, I have a few other items that were purchased from Silk Fred. I love DL, such beautiful pieces, amazing quality and the fit is definitely true to size (I’m size 8).
I emailed to chase my order as it hadn’t been dispatched 3 days after the order was placed (I was slightly concerned as I’d had it delivered to my work address and didn’t want it to arrive on a weekend), the response from customer service was very prompt, they had my order posted out on the same day as I’d emailed and even upgraded it to next day delivery.
